Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.
Private
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and to return the products for any reason within 14 days.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to MiamaStore.com Via Giuseppe Ungaretti, 43 84090 Montecorvino Pugliano (SA) Italy
You can request a return without having to send the registered letter by simply making the request directly from your account.
Business
According to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of purchases made with a VAT number.
Any replacement goods or refunds will therefore be at the sole discretion of the seller.
If you have any doubts or questions about the order you have received, it is always advisable to contact customer service first in order to agree on a mutually beneficial solution.
Modalities of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: The product must be returned within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). The only costs to be borne by the customer are the shipping costs related to the return of the goods, while any shipping costs paid for sending the goods in the first place will be refunded together with the amount paid for the purchase of the goods.
The shipment, until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer; if the goods are damaged during transport, the supplier will notify the Customer (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouse), to enable them to file a timely complaint against the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal.
MiamaStore.com is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Our clothes are not pre-made, but are made especially for you according to your exact measurements.
According to Art. 55 of the Consumer Code, personalised products cannot be returned and/or refunded. In fact, as soon as we receive your order, our tailors will start sourcing the fabrics and embroidery to start working on them for you.
This is why it is not possible to return them, because a dress that suits you will not suit other brides.
However, for your protection, orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be 100% refunded. Once your order has been processed (24 hours after your purchase) it can no longer be cancelled.
MiamaStore does not stock! For this reason, even sartorial clothes made to standard sizes are considered made-to-measure and cannot be refunded unless there are clear manufacturing flaws.
This should be carefully considered before placing your order.
Forfeiture of the right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal shall be exercised due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained:
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- Missing external packaging and/or original internal packaging
- Damage to the product for any reason whatsoever
- Any missing integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.)
In the above cases, the purchased goods will be returned to the sender, who will be charged with the shipping costs.
Late delivery
Tailoring a wedding or formal dress may take longer than expected due to the handmade nature of the product.
All customers are requested to place their orders well in advance of the event date.

Return shipments
The customer is entirely responsible for the shipment of returned goods and may use any courier as long as the shipment is traceable.
The costs for return shipments are entirely borne by the customer.
