MiamaStore is a tailoring centre so we make your dress as we receive your order! For this reason every dress is considered "made to measure" also if you choose a standard size. We will refund or change dresses only if there are serious problems or manufacturing defects. You must consider this before making an order on miamastore.com!
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
