Q: How do I take my measurements?

A: Get a tape measure and follow our measuring guide.

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: Compare your measurements with the size charts showing the cm and choose the corresponding size. If your measurements do not fit exactly then please request a custom-made suit at no extra cost.

Q: Is it possible to make changes to the dresses before ordering?

A: Yes, please contact us to check the feasibility of your requests and then remember to specify them in step 3 of the order (add a comment to the order) or if you need to attach photos send us an email immediately after the order with the order number in the subject line.

Q: Can I make changes to the dresses after ordering?

A: Yes, but only within 24 hours after placing your order.

Q: I have received the dress but I need to make some changes, will you take care of this?

A: No, we do not offer this service. We recommend that you contact a professional tailor in your city.

Q: Before ordering the wedding dress, is it possible to see the fabrics that will be used to make the dress?

A: Of course, you can order fabric and color samples. In this way, you can also assess the differences in colour and choose between white, ivory and champagne. N.B: it is not possible to send lace samples as they are purchased immediately after ordering. However, if you have any doubts, remember that you can contact our bridal stylists.

Q: Are the accessories customisable?

A:: The accessories (except for wedding veils and boleros) are not tailored and therefore cannot be personalised.

Q: I am interested in some bridal shrugs in other colours for a formal outfit. Can I have them made to order?

A: Yes, all bridal boleros and shawls (except faux fur ones) are available in all the colours in the colours list, even with customised sleeve lengths. Just specify these requests in step 3 of the order (insert a comment to the order).

Store

Q: Where can I try on Miamastore dresses?

A: Yes but only in our store located in Salerno, Italy.

Q: I live too far from the store. Can I still get advice before ordering online?

A: Of course, our bridal stylists are also available via email, whatsapp, and call centre for any info on dress style, sizes, accessories etc.

Q: Should I make an appointment to visit the store?

A: If you are looking for a wedding dress, yes, it is necessary to request an appointment. For formal wear, bridesmaids and groomsmen, however, you do not need to request an appointment.

Q: Will the store have all the dresses on the website for me to try on?

A: No, for reasons of space in the store there will be a selection of models (around 150) to choose from. However, it is still possible to order a garment from the website directly in the store.

Q: Will the store have the same prices as the website?

A: As far as formal dresses are concerned, the prices are the same (but note that some promotions are only valid online). As for wedding dresses, the prices are different because they include more services: try-on, assistance from bridal stylists and tailoring until the dress is picked up a week before the wedding. However, in store the maximum price for a wedding dress is €990.

Q: Which size are the dresses available in the store?

A: The dresses available for try-on come in various sizes, including over 54. During your appointment, our bridal assistant will put you at ease and choose the right size for you.

Discounts & Promotions

Q: Are there any promotions for online purchases?

A: We are currently running a 10% promotion on all products. In addition, if you sign up for the newsletter you get a €5 discount.

Q: Are there any discounts when purchasing in store?

A: Our prices are already considerably low when compared to the services we offer, so there are no in-store promotions.

Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: For online orders we accept payment by bank transfer, card, PayPal, and payment with deposit at the order and balance by cash on delivery. Each order will only be considered accepted once payment has been made. For more information see the payment methodspage.

Q: Can I pay cash on delivery?

A: Yes, in part. Upon ordering, we require a 40% deposit payment by bank transfer and the balance will be paid in cash upon delivery. (This payment method is available for Italian residents only)

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: Yes, our customer service will enter your order details into our systems for you over the phone. The order will be effective as soon as we receive payment by bank transfer.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are the delivery times?

A: Delivery times are always indicated on the page of each product. For an overview of actual delivery times by product type, please refer to the delivery time page.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: For orders over €99, it is free. If your order does not reach this amount, the shipping cost is €5 (15€ for outside Italy shippings).

Q: I cannot wait for the indicated delivery time. Any way I can get an urgent delivery?

A: Sometimes the product you are looking for may already be available in our warehouse for delivery within 2-3 working days, so if the event is imminent and you need to receive the item by a certain date, please let us know before placing your order. We will check if it is possible to support you with a faster delivery.

Q: Can I cancel my order at any time?

A: We start preparing your order as soon as we receive it. You can only cancel/modify your order within 24 hours after placing it.

Q: Will you notify me when you ship?

A: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is shipped. The courier will also send you an email with the tracking number (be sure to check your junk mail too).

Q: The product I ordered will not arrive in time for the event. What options do I have?

A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at info@miamastore.com or call 0828350414. We know that the use of the products on our site is linked to important events with fixed dates, so we are at your complete disposal to help you find an alternative that will be equally satisfying. Miamastore, unlike other online shops, can also count on a variety of products for immediate delivery available in the physical store. So tell us what you need and we will work together to find a solution.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: The product must be returned within a period of no more than 10 working days from receipt of the goods; The purchased goods must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); The only costs borne by the customer are the shipping costs related to the return of the goods, while any shipping costs paid to send the goods in the first place will be refunded together with the amount paid for the purchase of the goods. Q: I have been delivered a defective product, what should I do now?

A: Contact us immediately and describe the problem. We will give you immediate feedback and arrange a replacement.

Q: Can i always return a wedding dress?

A: Our dresses are not pre-made, but are tailored especially for you according to your exact measurements. MiamaStore doesn’t stock, which is why even garments made to standard sizes are considered custom made and cannot be refunded unless there are clear problems/defects with the tailoring. You need to consider this well before placing your order..

Q: How do I return a product?
